With king bed in the master suite, bunk bed with twin over full in separate bunk room, and sofa bed in living room, this unit sleeps 6 comfortably. Enjoy the views and morning coffee from the extra large 8' deep balcony. It's the perfect end to a sunny day and the beginning of an exciting evening. You’ll notice one thing right away- the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches, are spectacular! We like to bring our binoculars so that we can watch the dolphins and sting rays playing in the Gulf while we enjoy our morning coffee. Since we spend time here ourselves, we’ve made sure this condo is decorated for comfort and maximum enjoyment. We wanted to create the feel of a “Home At The Beach” for our guests and us. Enjoy the special little things like white noise machines in each bedroom and wall mounted electrical and USB access for charging your devices in the bunk room. Recently installed reverse osmosis 6 stage water filter means you can reduce the need for bottled water and help protect the environment and our beaches from plastic pollution at the same time.

For those relaxing evenings after a day of sun or days where staying in is on the agenda, enjoy a a full DVD/Blu-Ray selection or challenge the family to a video game with X-Box One and an assortment of games.

Limit of two parking spaces per unit. There is a separate charge of $40 per vehicle per entire stay.

Note that the parking garage max vehicle height is 6' 8" (and 6' 4" on parking level 4) and there is not onsite parking for over-sized vehicles. No scooters, rent-able mini vehicles, boats, trailers or rooftop cargo carriers allowed in the parking deck. The building has an unloading area at the entrance.
